NPT offers educational programming

Nashville's independent nonprofit PBS station, Nashville Public Television, is has reslated its lineup of weekday programming to air educational content for K-12 students. Click here to view NPT’s At Home Learning schedule. Featured programs will change weekly.
5 to 10 a.m. Programming for Grades K-3
10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Programming for Grades 4-8 
12 to 2 p.m. Programming for Grades 9-12 
 2 to 5 p.m. Programming for Grades K-3
“We’re supplementing our educational content for younger kids. But really anyone can enjoy and learn from these PBS and NPT programs,” said Kevin Crane, NPT’s president and chief executive officer. “We want to make sure that all parents have access to educational programming for all ages.”

NPT and PBS also offer free lesson plans and video clips online at PBS Learning Media. Parents may also sign up for a new PBS Kids newsletter for ideas and activities delivered each weekday.

Beginning Monday, April 6, NPT will incorporate instructional programming from the Tennessee Department of Education
