Summer Camps & More

Website and registration at usn.org/summer

Locations
While most USN Summer Camps take place at the Edgehill Campus, many sports camps take place at our River Campus at 1200 County Hospital Road, and some campers will take field trips to sites throughout the city. However, all campers should be dropped off and picked up from the Edgehill Campus at 2000 Edgehill Ave. Buses will depart at 8 a.m. for their destinations. Families running behind in the morning will need to take their children participating in sports camps directly to the River Campus.

Drop Off & Pick Up
All campers should be dropped off and picked up from University School of Nashville at 2000 Edgehill Ave. from the parking lot behind the building, accessible from 19th Avenue South. Drop off begins at 7:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. for morning and afternoon camps, respectively. Pick up begins at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. for morning and afternoon camps, respectively. Parents should pull into the right and left lanes of the parking lot, and summer staff will open the door for campers to hop out with their gear on the passenger’s side.

Snacks, Lunch & Other Necessities
All campers should bring a reusable water bottle and snack with them each day. Full-day campers should bring a sack lunch. Cafeteria lunch also is available at $35.00/week and can be purchased during registration. Be sure to label all personal items. Cell phones and other personal electronics not required for tech-related camps are discouraged.

Aftercare
Campers will enjoy additional activities on the playground and back field as well as in the Sperling Gym and Sperling Cafeteria from 4 to 5 p.m. Aftercare is $50/week and can be purchased during registration.
