Season starts win a win

What a great start for 2018 USN Boys Tennis Team. It was a beautiful summer day and it was a beautiful starting match for our team. The team defeated GCA  4-1 and began its quest to defend its HVAC Title.
Henry Stack demonstrated why he is a favorite to win the number one singles as he won 8-1.  Geoffrey Friedman played hard but fell to a very tough player from GCA.  Geoffrey Friedman will only get better.  Julius Fox looked like a man on a mission as he defeated his opponent 8-0. I am looking for a great season from Julius. Our number one doubles team is our version of "twin towers" and include 6'3 Max Elliot and 6'1 Bennett Dickerson. They won their initial match 8-4. Harry Fitzgibbon and Townsend Stevenson also won their match in impressive fashion 8-2.  I was pleased with our first match.  Next match is Tuesday at USN vs FCA.
