USN hosts HBCU Fair on August 22
University School of Nashville invites all public, private, and charter high school students and their families to meet admissions officers from historically Black colleges & universities. Register for this free event at usn.org/HBCUfair.

Save the date Saturday, August 22 for Nashville's Annual HBCU Fair, taking place 1 to 3:30 p.m. at University School of Nashville, 2000 Edgehill Ave. The parking lot and main entrance to the school are accessible from 19th Avenue South. Click here for a map and directions.
Hosted by USN's Office of College Counseling and Office of Diversity & Community Life and open to the Nashville community, this event is an opportunity to meet with admissions officers and administrators from historically Black colleges and universities throughout the country. More than 800 people annually attend this USN event, where some colleges extended acceptances on the spot and advised prospective students on scholarship opportunities.
Alabama A&M University, Alcorn State University, American Baptist College, Dillard University, Fisk University, Florida A&M University, Fort Valley State University, North Carolina A&T University, Spelman College, Tennessee State University, Tougaloo College, and the University of the District of Columbia have confirmed they will have representatives present at the 2026 fair. Additional colleges will be added. Let these colleges and universities know you are coming by registering here.

Mountain Bike Team Race #1 Report - Chickasaw Trace Trails
The Mountain bike team began its 13th season as it almost always does, with anticipation high and mindful of the high heat on the trails on the banks of the Duck River at Chickasaw Trace park outside of Columbia, TN. Over 650 mountain bikers in grades 5-12 from across the state competed at this first race of the NICA-TICL season.Read More
