Hoop, There It Is! Game 1 for USN Shows Promise
Tigers, super hyped, start the season off against FRA with a bang!
USN proved ready for the challenge beating FRA in the 2nd quarter 6-4. The 3rd quarter was all about defense, with Ainsley Moore, Ona Moore, Clara Smail, and Betsy Bowles coming off the bench with fire in their eyes to hold Lipscomb to only 4 points in the 3rd quarter. Alima Kassim and Kate Vaughn played hard until the very end putting up a combined 7 points in the 4th. Olivia Jacobs also added 3 points enabling USN to stay in the game, only losing 13-10 in the 4th quarter. This style of playing until the buzzer sounds proves that USN can handle the pressure, as well as shows promise for the future of the season! Congrats, Tigers!

The Middle School Quiz Bowl finished off another successful season with a trip to the Middle School National Championship Tournament in Chicago. The team fought hard and ended the season as a top-100 program in the country, finishing 75th overall.
