Boys Tennis sweeps Friendship Christian

It was extremely hot at the River Campus today especially on the tennis courts. That did not keep the MS Boys Tennis Team from continuing its winning ways. The young Tennis Tigers swept 5-0 past Friendship Christian in another HVAC tennis match.
As usual Henry Stack breezed past his opponent 8-1 at number one singles. Julius Fox continued his undefeated streak 8-2 at number two singles and Geoffrey Friedman got untracked and swept past his opponent 8-2 at the number three singles slot. These three all were award winners last year and are doing an outstanding job of leading our MS Tigers this year. At number one doubles Bennett Dickerson and Max Elliot continued to gain experience as they defeated their opponents 8-2 and Harry Fitzgibbon and Townsend Stevenson crushed their foes 8-0. In two exhibition matches Frederick Rudolph and Viraj Rao won handily, as did Benny Yazdian and Luke Dinger. Our Boys continue their season on Thursday at Lipscomb Academy at the Lipscomb University Tennis Courts.
