The Tigers pull out an amazing come from behind win on Monday against the MJCA Saints. The Tigers lost the first set to the Saints, 19-25, mostly due to miscommunication and mental mistakes. Deciding that they were going to push through a tough start, the Tigers went on to win the next two sets, 25-19 and 25-18. After leading most of the fourth set, the Tigers let the Saints slip back in to the game and the Tigers ended up losing 24-26. Determined they weren't going to leave without the win, the Tigers turned it into high gear and finished the match winning the fifth set, 15-12. There was a lot of fight shown throughout the match. The determination to not let mistakes define the outcome was apparent. The Tigers will take this momentum into their next district match against Davidson Academy on Wednesday, August 22.
