The National Alumni Board of Visitors (NABV) is the core point of contact between USN and alumni population centers around the country. Members of the Board advocate for USN and the USN community in their respective communities. Through its annual meeting at USN in November, the board also provides insights and observations about USN’s program and culture from a national perspective. These combined roles for the board will reflect and enhance USN’s national profile as an education leader.

The NABV is composed of PDS and USN graduates whose life experiences make them ideal resources for giving us fresh perspectives on what we are doing every day here at USN.

The annual meeting at USN consists of presentations on key areas of school life by members of USN’s faculty and staff as well as panel discussions with students and informal meetings with members of the Board of Trustees and Alumni Board. In November 2011, Board members heard about our new curricular map and our college counseling program. The student panel discussed topics including student peer relations and staying in contact with classmates after graduation.
