Come be wowed by USN's talented classical musicians at Classical Night on Thursday, March 5 in Durnan Auditorium.
By Katie Greenebaum, Chamber Ensemble Director
University School of Nashville is a hotbed of talent. Are you curious to hear what some of our advanced High School instrumentalists have been up to? Would you like a Spring Break send-off set to the rousing melodies of Vivaldi, Mozart, Chopin, Beethoven, Dvorak, and more? If so, come to Classical Night at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 5 in Durnan Auditorium.
This annual event showcases the High School Chamber Ensemble alongside solo musicians who have been honing their talents privately for years, but who don’t often get a chance to play in a formal setting for their USN friends and family. You will be amazed at some of these flying fingers! We hope to see you there.
During a fun cross-division collaboration, students in Third Grade Teacher Cala Millis' class visited HS Art Teacher Chris Cheney's class to learn about printmaking and the inner workings of a USN art studio.
