The Tigers had a great first game against Grace Christian Academy. While short handed, the Tigers were able to get a lot of reps and awesome game experience!
The Tigers were nervous and excited for the first game of the season! The Tigers dropped a competitive first set 17-25. In the second set the Tigers showed improvement and almost took the match to a third set, but ultimately lost 19-25.
The Tigers ended the match 11 aces, 5 kills, and multiple possessions of three touch volleyball! While the passing and communication was tough, it was clear that this team has the love of the game, the willingness to support each other, and focus to compete. Come support these young Tigers as they improve their skills and have fun together! Go Tigers!
Congratulations to Anisha Nachnani ’32, who turned heads with her project, “Plastic Beneath the Surface: Quantifying the Impact of Soil Microplastics on Early Plant Development.”

USN students participated in the 73rd Youth In Government conference at the Tennessee State Capitol and neighboring buildings in downtown Nashville. Several students brought home awards, and the entire group did a fantastic job representing USN.
