Learn about the Mardi Gras, the world-famous Louisiana tradition, with the USN Evening Class Crawfish Boil 101. This fun and interactive class led by Adam Lathan is perfect for anyone who’s ever wanted to master the art of the perfect crawfish boil while enjoying a great time with friends and family. The class doesn’t stop at cooking. We’ll also cover the best ways to eat crawfish like a pro and pair them with the right flavors and beverages for an unforgettable gathering. Expect lots of hands-on fun, tasty bites, and plenty of laughs as we boil up a pot of crawfish and learn about the culture and camaraderie that makes a crawfish boil so unique.
