Road Victory for the Tigers

The USN Tigers remain undefeated in district play after a well-earned road victory against Webb. Dawkins '28 opened the scoring by drawing a foul in the box and calmly converting the penalty kick to put the Tigers on the board. Webb’s quick pace and aggressive play kept USN’s defense alert and focused throughout the match. Applying pressure on Webb’s defense, Jones '25 served a dangerous corner into the box, which deflected off a defender and found its way into the net, giving USN the lead.
Webb responded with a goal of their own from a free kick just outside the box, perfectly lofted into the net to make it 2-1. However, the Tigers were determined to maintain their advantage, and Dawkins '28 added her second goal of the match to extend the lead to 3-1. In the final moments, O'Hara '25 capitalized on a well-placed ball, slotting it into the back of the net and sealing the Tigers’ 4-1 win.
A strong all-around team effort was key as USN secured their third district win and continued their unbeaten streak in district play. The Tigers look to keep the momentum going in their next match!
