Register for USN Habitat Club's Fly South 5K Fun Run/Walk

HS's Habitat for Humanity organization will host a family-friendly 5K Fun Run/Walk sponsored by Fly South at the River Campus on Saturday, November 11 at 11 a.m. All proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity Nashville.

Bring your whole family to the River Campus for a brisk jog or leisurely walk at USN Habitat Club's 2023 Fly South 5K Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, November 11 at 11 a.m. Compete against USN’s fastest runners or enjoy a stroll with your friends! Following the run/walk, there will be a raffle with prizes from various Nashville businesses.
 
Ticket Prices:
  • $65 for a family of 4 and $10 for each additional person
  • $25 for adults
  • $15 for students from Middle and High Schools
  • $10 for children 10 & under to participate in the 1.5-mile kids Fun Run
All proceeds from this event benefit Habitat for Humanity Nashville.
 
Please sign up here. If online registration is closed, please arrive at the River Campus before 10:45 a.m. to register in person — there is space for you. Additionally, you can use the online registration form to make a donation without signing up for the 5K Fun Run/Walk.

    The girls lacrosse team ended its season in overtime to become state runner-up. Tennis players Carter Kojetin '29 finished as a state quarterfinalist, Sophie Oliver '26 and Mary Kate Adler '28 finished as state semifinalists, and Veer Kodali '29 and Max Parker '29 finished as state champions. Meanwhile, eight runners competed at the state track and field meet in Knoxville, where Griffin Davidson '27, Caleb Freifeld '28, Drew Zwerner '28, and Jack Fruin '27, sprinted to first in the 4x800m relay and Jack also placed first in the 800m dash.

    Middle School Quiz Bowl competes at national championship

    The Middle School Quiz Bowl finished off another successful season with a trip to the Middle School National Championship Tournament in Chicago. The team fought hard and ended the season as a top-100 program in the country, finishing 75th overall. Congratulations to the team on a great performance and to Lucas Lupu ’31, named an All Star for being the fifth-highest scorer nationwide.
