Tigers get a big win on Sports of all Sorts Day

Sydney Lasher '29 and Johnsie Dawkins '28 each had three goals to lead the Tigers to the victory.
A warm and sunny day for the Tigers' second game of the season.  USN was ready to compete and looking to improve on ground balls, smart passes, and communication on dense.

After lots of turnovers in the first few minutes of the game, Johnsie Dawkins '28 got us on the board with her first goal of the game.  A few strong saves from Ansley Martin '27 helped the Tigers stay on top and we went into the half with a 4-0 lead.

We were looking for assisted goals in the second half and the girls delivered!  It was a solid game all around, defensively and on attack.  Layla Jahangir '29 was the Tiger of the Game as she was all over the ground balls, helped get the ball down the field in transition, and was strong on D.

Scoring for the Tigers:
Johnsie Dawkins: 3 goals
Sydney Lasher: 3 goals
Aria Little: 2 goals
Celeste Green: 1 goal
Fia Valentine: 1 goal
