Calling all Tiger Arts Patrons

Support visual and performing arts students with TAP membership.
By Melissa Flatt, TAP Co-Chair

Can you hear the clarinets tuning? Smell the pastels? See the lip movement as mommy made me mash my M&M’s?

It’s time to TAP into a new school year. We are excited to announce that many of our beloved performances are back in their usual places on the calendar.

First up, the Middle School Musical: This year Middle School is proud to present “Willy Wonka, Jr.” opening up the school year with performances Wednesday, August 17 through Saturday, August 20. You will want to join or renew your Tiger Arts Patrons membership prior to reserving your ticket in order to take advantage of your special rate.

High School will also perform its musical in the fall semester. More news on that soon.

TAP, with you as a member, will continue to focus on the arts at USN, to provide a community for our visual and performing arts students and their supporters. TAP helps to sustain and enhance arts programming through their support. TAP contributes additional funding to the arts at USN, while providing supporters with free admission to events.

Our community finds strength by remaining rooted in gratitude for all that we have, all that we can share, and all that we have yet to accomplish.

"The arts, it has been said, cannot change the world, but they may change human beings who might change the world.”
—Maxine Greene
