Stern wins leadership award

The Jewish Foundation of Nashville and Middle Tennessee named High School History Teacher Anna Stern the recipient of its 2022 Sandy Averbuch Young Leadership Award.
High School History Teacher Anna Stern was recognized by the Jewish Foundation of Nashville and Middle Tennessee for her involvement in the Federation's NowGen program of which she co-chairs the engagement committee. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Stern used her role to help build community and connection at an otherwise isolating time; for this, Stern was named the Federation's 2022 Sandy Averubuch Young Leadership Award winner, which recognizes distinguished service to the community.
