By Jennifer McFall, Fitness Center Director

Now that our remote 12-week summer strength and conditioning program has come to an end, I am excited to announce small group/team in-person training opportunities for our seventh through 12 grade athletes. In adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols, spaces are limited. Available time slots are Monday through Friday at 6:45 a.m., 3:30 p.m., and 4:45 p.m. You may fill out the form here to register or email me for more information.

Also remember that before entering USN buildings, all students must:
  1. submit a health questionnaire at usn.org/screening
  2. wash or sanitize hands
  3. wear a face mask, covering, or shield over nose & mouth
