Fitness Center open for small group training and conditioning
Let's train — seventh through 12th grade athletes may attend small group and team in-person strength and conditioning training.

Now that our remote 12-week summer strength and conditioning program has come to an end, I am excited to announce small group/team in-person training opportunities for our seventh through 12 grade athletes. In adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols, spaces are limited. Available time slots are Monday through Friday at 6:45 a.m., 3:30 p.m., and 4:45 p.m. You may fill out the form here to register or email me for more information.

- submit a health questionnaire at usn.org/screening
- wash or sanitize hands
- wear a face mask, covering, or shield over nose & mouth
