Class of 2025 athletes continue college commitments

Clay Payne '25 will play basketball at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Olivia Barbieri '25 will swim for Denver University, and Alexander Peck '25 will play baseball for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Three seniors committed to continuing their athletic careers at the college level before classmates, teammates, coaches, and families on Wednesday, January 8, and Thursday, January 9. During the signing ceremonies held in Durnan Auditorium, Clay Payne '25 shared his plans to continue his basketball career at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Olivia Barbieri '25 announced her intention to swim for Denver University next year, while Alexander Peck '25 signed on to play baseball for the University of Arkansas.

The seniors joined Anna Hulan '25, who signed with the University of Michigan to continue her swimming career as Tiger Athletes who have signed to play at the collegiate level next year.

    High Schoolers visit China for debate competition

    Madeline Shinohara ’28, Eesha Nachnani ’28, Oren Schwartz ’29, and Allen Chen ’29 visited Chengdu, China to participate in the International Sister Cities Debate Tournament. During their visit, they explored the city, tried incredible local foods, attended the Opera, spent time at the Panda Sanctuary, and visited local schools.
