Getting Closer!

Katie Roth
A hard fought game where USN was able to execute on offense, but Harding Academy did a great job executing their offensive schemes. A fun game but a hard loss 23-29.
It was a super fun game against Harding Academy. Harding Academy had a variety of different types of players, shooters, drivers, defensive specialists, rebounding specialists, and their rotation and execution allowed all of their players to show case their skills. The USN Tigers fought hard but were kept on their heels facing such a diverse offense and defense. Johnsie Dawkins and Zara Campos were able to take advantage of Harding Academy's 2-3 zone and had many good shot opportunities, and then Aria Little fought hard down low against the other team's post players so she was able to get 5 points and 7 rebounds!

As the season progresses this team will continue to grow and make strides in all areas of the game! Everyone should be eager to see this team make the constant adjustments to become better!
