SAGE Dining operates USN’s Sperling Cafeteria.

Students and parents can filter menus for food allergens and eating patterns (vegan, vegetarian, and Performance SpotlightTM for athletes) to easily find meals that suit them on the cafeteria menu page.

They also can view daily offerings in the Sperling Cafeteria through the Touch of SAGE app. SAGE’s smart phone application is free and available on Android and iOS systems for any device. The app interfaces with University School of Nashville’s menus and ingredient lists, and provides a comprehensive allergen filter. Parents can use the app to guide students’ selections for the day, and even “recommend” certain food items. Students can use the app to see their parents’ recommendations, favorite items that they enjoy, see school-specific events, and give feedback on items. Click here to view a video on the Touch of SAGE app.

In addition to lunch. the Sperling Cafeteria is open 7:15 to 7:50 a.m. for breakfast and offers grab-and-go snacks for Middle and High School students in the afternoon.
