Summer Camps return to Edgehill, River Campuses in June

USN Summer Camps will run in-person and virtually from Monday, June 7 through Friday, July 16. Registration will open during Spring Break.
By Juanita I.C. Traughber, Communications Director

Summer Camps Director Greg Anderson and Assistant Director Jason Shuster are anxious to share good news: summer fun will soon return to USN.

USN faculty and staff will run familiar camps in the recognizable categories of fun & learning, sports & adventure, visual & performing arts, and science technology for six weeks beginning Monday, June 7. Camps will follow the usual format of morning sessions from 8 to 11:30 a.m., afternoon sessions from 12 to 4 p.m., and all-day sessions. There also will be virtual sessions offered on Zoom, as there was in summer 2020.

Camps will continue using USN’s Responsible Restart policies and procedures used during the academic year — requiring face coverings and social distancing, having campers’ families complete a health screening before arrival each day, and keeping campers staying in cohorts. They should plan to bring a lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. Families should continue to follow guidelines from the USN Health Team.

USN Summer Camps are open to USN students and those attending other schools.

A full schedule of offerings will be available and registration will open during Spring Break at usn.org/summer. For more information, email Anderson and Shuster.
