Three Pitchers Combine in No-Hitter as University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers Defeats White House Varsity Blue Devils

University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers's three pitchers didn't allow a single hit, as University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers defeated White House Varsity Blue Devils 11-1 on Friday. Townsend Stevenson struck out Hannum to get the last out of the game.
 
University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the first inning.  Mahoney Daunic, Stevenson, and Harrison Fitzgibbon all drove in runs in the frame.
 
University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers got on the board in the first inning when Daunic singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.
 
Daunic was credited with the victory for University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers. Daunic lasted three innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out three and walking one.  Quinn Powers and Stevenson entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
 
Turner took the loss for White House Varsity Blue Devils. The hurler surrendered seven runs on four hits over two-thirds of an inning, striking out one.
 
University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers hit two home runs on the day. Owen Block went for the long ball in the fourth inning. Stevenson had a homer in the first inning.
 
University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers totaled nine hits.  Dylan Washko, Fitzgibbon, and Daunic all collected multiple hits for University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers.  Daunic, Fitzgibbon, and Washko each collected two hits to lead University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers.  University School of Nashville Varsity Tigers tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Powers led the way with two.
 
Hoke led White House Varsity Blue Devils with one run batted in. Hoke went 0-for-3 on the day.
