By Crystal Hochhalter, Music Night Chair

We are excited to announce our lineup for Music Night 2023. Our USN house band, The K-12 Situation, will kick off the evening with some fun tunes. And, we are bringing in Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member Gretchen Peters as our headliner. Peters songwriting credits include Country Music Awards Song of the Year "Independence Day" recorded by American country singer Martina McBride, "You Don't Even Know Who I Am" recorded by American country singer Patty Loveless, and "Here I Am" recorded by Canadian singer Bryan Adams. Additionally, Peters has released an impressive discography of independent work

This annual concert for USN parents, caregivers, and friends ages 21 and older takes place in the Durnan Auditorium and Edgehill Lobby, and will be held Saturday, April 1 starting at 6 p.m. Dinner and drinks will be provided by Sadie’s, Sweetability Bakery and Lipman Brothers.

Proceeds from this event will support improvements to the River Campus concessions facility, including a mobile concessions cart and equipment for our concessions stand. This is a perfect night to bring a date, hang out with old friends, or meet new people. We would be thrilled to see you there and beholden if you wish to go above and beyond and purchase a sponsorship for this event.
