HS Theater presents "Zombie Prom"

Come join us at the River Campus Friday, April 23 and Saturday, April 24 at 8 p.m. for a drive-in movie musical extravaganza; tickets are on sale now.
By Lillian Palmer, HS Theater Director

The High School Theater Department has spent much of the semester making a movie. Join us at the River Campus Friday, April 23 and Saturday, April 24 at 8 p.m. for the culmination of our students' hard work as we present "Zombie Prom."

Announced with a Halloween-themed party on the Edgehill Lawn in October, the kitschy, off-Broadway production tells the tale of protagonist Toffee, bad boy Jonny, and their schoolmates in the 1950s, making a drive-in movie presentation a natural fit. Shot all over campus, the play turned film features our beautiful school as the set in a production unlike any other. "Zombie Prom" is a fun, lighthearted, and toe-tapping musical that celebrates the acceptance of others' differences and reminds us it's never too late to learn and love. Purchase your tickets now.

As a reminder, we are doing a drive-in movie to make sure we comply with COVID-19 precautions. For this event, all school rules still apply, including driving yourself to and from the event and wearing masks when outside your vehicle. We are so excited to celebrate the students' achievements in a fun and exciting way; we're grateful for your support and cooperation.

Gates open at 7:15 p.m. each evening. All cars must have headlights turned off during the film. Snow cones and snacks will be available for purchase on site.
