• "Down, but not Out"

  The boys' soccer team lost  to Webb Knoxville in an evenly contested game that saw the Tigers going down 1-0 in the first ten minutes of overtime from a corner kick that dipped into the goal. Our boys played like the true Champions they all are and represented our institution very well during the Regional Tournament. As Regional Runner-Ups, the team will now turn their attention for a spot in the State's semi-finals in Murfreesboro when they play this coming Saturday, May 19th at the River Campus against either ECS or Lausanne Collegiate School in a Sub-State quarter final game. GO TIGERS!

  The Original Tigers of Edgehill Avenue defeated the Ensworth Tigers 1-0 off the boots of Junior Malcolm Moutenot. Despite several other scoring opportunities the boys from Edgehill Avenue held on for the win. Our defense anchored by Seniors GK Ben Lippolis, Drew Lanigan, Takuma Johnson, Junior Nick Williams and Sophomore Reid Dickerson continue with their "Brick Wall" performance in providing the shut-out. Congratulations are in order to the entire team for their tremendous effort. Go Tigers! 

• Victory over Zion

  The boys' soccer team had a senior moment in their victory over Zion Christian School. Seniors Tre' Hardin and Nicholas Williams scored to give the Tigers the district win and also a # 1 spot in the division. Senior GK Ben Lippolis had the shut-out. Our entire squad continues to play at a very high level and showed tremendous teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the game. Congratulations on another fantastic win! Go Tigers!

  The boy's soccer team defeated Briarcrest HS at the Christian Brother's Invitational by a score of 2-0. Goals came from Senior Tre' Hardin and Freshman JC Swope to seal the victory. Assist on both goals came from Junior Evan Beiter. GK Reid Dickerson had the shut-out on the day with eight saves. Go Tigers!
