The 2023 season is underway!

The 2023 volleyball season has officially begun! The Tigers competed in their first district match against the PCA Lions. In a thrilling volleyball match that showcased both the potential and growing pains of a new rotation and personnel, the final score may not have been in their favor, but their performance left spectators with a sense of excitement for what lies ahead. The match, held in front of an enthusiastic crowd, was a true testament to the team's potential and their determination to improve. From the first serve, it was evident that the Tigers were ready to take on the challenge of competing against a top team in the district. Their raw energy and enthusiasm electrified the court, and they quickly established an impressive lead in the first set. The Lions and Tigers battled back and forth ending the first set with the Lions on top 24-26. Sets 2 and 3 followed suit and the Tigers lost the match in three sets to the Lions. In the end, this match served as a learning experience for this talented team. While the loss was a bitter pill to swallow, the promising moments they exhibited demonstrated their bright future for the upcoming season. With more opportunities to gain game experience, refine their skills, and minimize unforced errors, the Tigers are poised to become a force to be reckoned with this season.
