A retirement reception will be held 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 17 in the Auditorium for Lynne Mosby, Karen Roberts, and Helen Yeargin.

Three staff members will retire at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year.
Admissions Office Administrative Assistant Lynne Mosby welcomed every prospective family as well as coordinated the recruitment and enrollment process for the newest USN families for 18 years. She began at USN as a student before graduating in 1966 and returning to work in the Development Office.
Karen Roberts' 37 years of service at USN have helped facilitate the college search and transition for thousands of students through her roles as administrative assistant and events & college representatives coordinator in High School College Counseling.
Helen Yeargin joined USN in 1984 and brought joy to many young students and taught them how to crochet and finger-weave while working as assistant director of After-School.
Last weekend, Collin Chan ’25 placed in the biomedical sciences category for his poster presentation at the National Junior Science and Humanities Symposium.
Aliza Ahmed '26, Uma Ehrig '26, Victor Peng '26, Ruchika Ramachandran '27, and Yvonne Wang '27 participated in the Asian Educators Alliance conference this year in Atlanta, Georgia.
Anna Brook '30, Claire Yu '30, Clio Cherry-Pulay '29, and Liam Mooney '28 took him the championship during the 4th annual USN Middle School Quiz Bowl Championships. Two teams will travel to Chicago to compete in the National Academic Quiz Tournaments Middle School National Championships on Saturday, May 10.
