Tough loss to end the season...
Really tough loss to end the season... The boys played incredible in the first half... CPA was struggling to even get the ball past half field...
CPA picked up the pressure at the beginning of the second half, and started to kick the ball into our back 4 a little bit... got a couple of corners and scored on a really questionable push on Jordin... USN didn't give up... had a 1 on 1 with the goalie, hit the post and had a really good chance from a cross... just couldn't get it past a really quality CPA goalie...
Love the way we played... really frustrating when you play the right way and just don't get the result... I told the boys, that's the most frustrating but great thing about soccer... you can have tons of possession, the better of play and still lose.
Thanks to everyone for a great season.... these boys have a great foundation going into High School soccer... looking forward to seeing them play in High School and looking forward to the MS team next season... going to be another quality squad!
