we took to the ice last night against a seasoned opponent, and our team battled very well through 2 periods, only to fall to fatigue and a few errors to an 8-3 loss. our opponents were in the state final last year!
as Charlie Ford remarked, "we have the X factor" and yes, Jordin Palmeri stood tall in nets once again to keep us in the game through 2 1/2 periods. Jesse Small continued on making opportunity count as he netted two goals, and Caleb Rice scored his first goal of the year.
from the first puck drop everyone skated hard and played with resilience. all together it was a great team effort!
