On Monday, March 2, the Tennessee High School Press Association hosted its annual awards day at Lipscomb University.

The website, peabody.press, was named Best Overall Website. The newspaper also earned third place for Best Overall Newspaper. Several individual staff members earned recognition as well:

Henry Knowles ’26 was named the runner-up for the H.L. Hall Journalist of the Year Award and won third place for Best Headline.

Alice Littlehale ’26 earned second place for Best Review, her piece on “Superman: Legacy”.

Griffin Rogers ’27 earned second place for Best Illustration for his illustration for his story on the government shutdown.

We are grateful to the THSPA and the judges for their consideration, and to the USN school community for continuing to support our journalists.
