Pretorius, French earn State qualifying times at Last Chance
This was our final chance to earn state qualifying times before the meet, and we were happy to add two new individual swimmers to our state team.
Mia Pretorius finished the Region meet .04 seconds away in the 100 freestyle and broke through here, dropping .2 seconds along the way from her previous best.
Lauren French was .03 seconds away in the 200 IM after Regions, and she dropped another half second to dip under the cut. Other season bests came from Stefan Pretorius (who had an excellent 200 free), Annie French (200 freestyle), and Henry Standard (50 free).
