University School of Nashville lost the lead late in a 3-1 defeat to Zion Christian Academy on Tuesday. The game was tied at one with Zion Christian Academy batting in the bottom of the sixth when Green singled off of Jackson Bryant, driving in one run. The pitching was strong on both sides. Zion Christian Academy pitchers struck out nine, while University School of Nashville sat down seven South earned the win for Zion Christian Academy. He went seven innings, allowing one run, two hits, striking out nine, and walking one. Sandy Hindman took the loss for University School of Nashville . He threw five and a third innings, allowing three runs, two hits, and striking out six. Graham Elliot and Hindman all had one hit to lead University School of Nashville .
