University School of Nashville defeated Cane Ridge 10-9 in a back-and-forth affair on Friday. The game was tied at eight with University School of Nashville batting in the top of the seventh when Jackson Bryant doubled off of Murguia, driving in one run. Despite falling down by four runs in the second inning, Cane Ridge tried to fight back. Cane Ridge scored eight runs in the failed comeback on a in the third, a walk in the third, a single by Nelson in the fifth, a by Carrion in the fifth, a single by Ramirez in the fifth, a triple by #12 in the fifth, a single by Weaver in the fifth, and a single by Nelson in the seventh. University School of Nashville took an early lead in the first inning. University School of Nashville scored one run when Jackson Bryant singled with one out in the first inning. In the top of the sixth inning, University School of Nashville tied things up at eight. Eric Yalowitz's sac fly scored one run for University School of Nashville .
