The tigers showed resiliency in Knoxville on Thursday, traveling to the Webb School of Knoxville, and beating them on their home turf, 4-1.
Courtney Rabb got the tigers on the board first from a nice ball from Skylar King. Within a minute, Courtney Rabb combined with Kailey Nichols who fired a shot passed the Knox Webb goalkeeper, to get the tigers in the lead 2-0. In the last minutes of the 1st half, Webb was able to capitalize on a free kick, making the score 2-1 going into the 2nd half.
The tigers came out strong in the 2nd half, with high pressure from the forwards and outside midfielders. Ella Steinhilber notched two goals in the 2nd half, with the final score 4-1. It was a total team effort to come out with a victory from a talented opponent.
