A Tough Finish for a Dedicated but Young Mock Trial Group

Though neither of the two USN Mock Trial Teams finished in the top five at the district tournament this year, the young bunch still has plenty to be proud of.
We'll call it a rebuilding year. And as in all rebuilding years, we had some great senior leaders who struggled to make up the ground of losing our long-time head lawyer coach and several experienced members who were unable to participate this year.

Please congratulate the following students for all their hard work. We saw huge growth from all participating members, and I have no doubt the investment and the struggles will pay dividends in future years.

Those who gave up many hours over the last two months are:

A Team
Joe Noser (MVP)
Alice May
Ted Noser
Olivia Bishop
Mark Pierce
Megan Kasselberg
Rebekah Doochin
Isaiah Frank
Jacob Snyder
Ben Maloy

B Team
Betsy Nolan (MVP)
Mary Sophia Reich
Rebecca Page-McCaw
Lola Motley
Mary Niarhos
Corry Ke
Evan Rork
Evan Mukherji
Haley Harris
Ellie Hollahan
Leigh Fox
Madeleine Aikin
Alt: George Corzine

Also, we want to thank alumni Ben Raybin '03 and Rachel Jrade-Rice '03 for their lawyerly knowledge and many hours of work with our students. Several other folks helped out as well to guest judge in the final weeks.
