Top dressed greens are no fun, especially before a major tournament. However what very well could have been a disaster turned out to be a positive experience. Our Boys blistered the course with consistent strikes and kept the ball on the easy side of the cup. Skye Cameron led the team off the 9th with a 2 under 33! Closely followed by Nicky Farren with a 1 over 36. In fact each of our boys finished under 45 for the day. Very Well done BOYS, and a fantasic final match WIN!

Of special note, Freshman Zoe Boysen competed in her first ever HS golf match, Full of nerves and last to hit off the first tee, she managed to out drive the more seasoned competition and split the fairway. Fantastic start to what should be a fun 4 years of golf for USN.
The teams next challenge is the TSSAA Regional Golf Tournament this coming Monday. Lets pour on the support..
