Nail Biting Win!
The Tigers had every fan biting their nails during the five set match against the Davidson Academy Lady Bears. The match was quickly in the Tigers favor winning 25-19 and 25-18 in the first two sets. The Lady Bears went on a fighting run and won the next two sets, both ending 17-25. With the game on the line, the Tigers knew they had to fight hard for the last set. Point for point each team worked to reach 15 first. In the end, the Tigers pulled through with a 15-13 win over the Lady Bears. Stat leaders from the match were Lindsay Hardy with 14 kills, Annie Weimerskirch with 3 blocks, Jade Williams with 38 digs, and Kiana Jansen with 7 aces.
