The middle school girls' lacrosse team took on Ensworth in a battle of the tigers today at the River Campus. After allowing an early lead the USN Tigers kept nipping at the heels of the Ensworth Tigers, coming up short with the score of 7-12.
The middle school girls' lacrosse team took on Ensworth in a battle of the tigers today at the River Campus. After allowing an early lead the USN Tigers kept nipping at the heels of the Ensworth Tigers, with scoring by Aline Aronsky (3), Tess Deegen (2), Kaitlyn Rabb (1) and Kara Gordon (1). Everyone contributed to the effort with almost everyone having the control of the ball at some point in the game and everyone working hard even when they didn't have the ball. The players continue to show their understandng standing of the important aspects of the game, looking for passes down the field and assists for a goal on offense and helping to double team and force turnovers on defense.
