Boys Soccer Begin District Play with a 5-1 Win

The USN Boys Soccer Team won away at Columbia Academy 5-1 on Tuesday night. The Tigers started strong, using the ball well to put pressure on the opponents goal. It was a 4-0 half time score for USN with Senior Eli Galentino leading the way with 2 goals and an assist. Seniors Tré Sheets and Evan Ozgener were highly influential in central midfield, moving the ball quickly into spaces where their teammates could create quality opportunities on goal. The strong backline of Elijah Miller, Thomas Mauries, Mark Luschen and Paulo Saoud kept control of the Columbia Academy dangermen.

Next us is rival Webb School on Thursday at Bell Buckle.
