Textbook buyback May 16–27

The USN Bookstore will buy back eligible High School textbooks Monday, May 16 through Friday, May 27.

Sell back your eligible High School textbooks during the USN Bookstore's Buyback between Monday, May 16 and Friday, May 27.

To sell your books during during the USN Bookstore's Buyback, fill out a form for each textbook. Forms are available for download here, and hardcopies are available in the High School office and Bookstore. Please complete the top two lines only and place the form inside the book's front cover. Once your form is completed, drop off your textbook with the form on the table outside the Bookstore. Books will not be accepted after Friday, May 27. 

Textbooks are evaluated for the condition of excellent, good, or fair according to specific buyback criteria. Rejected books will be disposed. Books are not accepted with questions or problems answered. Sample books and foreign editions are not accepted. All books must be the same copyright edition as sold in the Bookstore.

A credit will be issued to the student account. Seniors will receive a check from the Business Office if there is a zero balance on the student account. Below are the eligible textbooks:

Chemistry (Chemistry 1 & 2)
Chemistry: The Central Science 10th ed. (AP Chemistry)
Environmental Science AP 2nd ed.

Math Textbooks:
Advanced Algebra (Algebra 2)
Algebra and Trigonometry (Advanced Algebra 2)
Geometry for Enjoyment and Challenge (Advanced Geometry)
Precalculus: with Trigonometry Concepts (Precalculus) orange cover
Calculus: AP Edition (AP Calculus BC)
Stats, Modeling the World 2019 ed.

Social Studies Textbooks:
American Government, Brief, 11th ed. (AP American Government)
American History, A Survey (AP American History)
Documenting United States History

World Languages Textbooks:
Bien dit! Level 1
Bien dit! Level 2

We will gratefully accept High School textbooks from all USN families who wish to donate to the Edward E. Ford Lending Library collection this year. Books eligible for donation are those on the approved buyback list above, and they should meet the criteria established for buyback condition. To contribute your used textbooks to the Lending Library, complete a form, and write in "donation" for each book. Even if they're not on the list above, we will accept paperbacks too. You will be issued a gift-in-kind receipt along with the gratitude of the school community.
