It was all USN from the opening draw. We were able to take more risks on attack and challenge the timing of our cuts as well as our stick skills under pressure.
The defense played strong, forcing turnovers, taking charges, and taking care of the ball in front of the goal. Kate Vaughn '24 finished with a solid 12 saves in goal.
Lia Payne '22 led us in scoring with seven goals. Eva Wuerth '23 added three, Tate Barbieri '25 added two, and Rosalie Hinke '22, Sophia Gilbert '23, Margaret McKay '25, Zelle Jones '25, and Emma Schwarz '24 each added one. Six of our goals were assisted!
