Artclectic partners with Poverty and the Arts
We are excited to partner with Poverty and the Arts, a local nonprofit organization that provides art supplies and resources to people who have been impacted by homelessness.

Excitement for Artclectic is building, especially since we are commemorating the 25th year of this beloved fundraiser. This year we are excited to partner with Poverty and the Arts, a local nonprofit organization that provides art supplies and resources to people who have been impacted by homelessness. Through this organization, members are able to create, market, and sell their artwork to improve their living situation.
We are happy to announce that POVA will curate a space at Artclectic, and its artists’ works will be available to all of our Artclectic patrons. We will be sponsoring a schoolwide art supplies drive, also. Students and families are invited to donate art supplies and workshop items from this wishlist in support of POVA and their artists.
In anticipation of World Homeless Day on Monday, Oct. 11, the Artclectic Community Project Committee will host a webinar to provide more information about this worthy organization, its mission to end homelessness, and the stigma associated with being unsheltered. The webinar will be available to all families and a link will be published in the next newsletter and on the Artclectic website.
