French Honor Society inducts 6 students
Congratulations to Isaac Chomsky '22, Caroline Cramer '22, Sydney Emeson '22, Jackson Liff '22, Piers Mason '22, and Greta Matthies '22.

French Teachers Richard Espenant and Robin Lynn Clinard ’88 inducted six students into the French Honor Society on Monday, March 8.
The society recognizes students “for their academic excellence and passion for francophone culture,” Espenant said. They have maintained an A average every semester in their High School studies of the language.
The following students are recognized for their academic excellence and passion for French culture:
Isaac Chomsky ‘22
Caroline Cramer ‘22
Sydney Emeson ‘22
Jackson Liff ‘22
Piers Mason ‘22
Greta Matthies ‘22
Students recited the society’s oath before faculty and their peers attending both in-person and via Zoom.
Founded by the American Association of the Teachers of French, the French Honor Society’s motto is, “Someone who knows two languages is worth two people.”
