This week Magnus Health — the vendor USN uses to manage student health information and have families submit daily health screenings — updated its smartphone app, causing a slow response times and error messages. Linked below are the letters USN has shared with parents regarding this process. If you find the app unresponsive, please email your child's Division Office the answers to the questions below or try the app again after 8 a.m.

  1. Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
  2. Are you experiencing a new cough or difficulty breathing?
  3. Are you experiencing a change in your baseline for two or more of the following symptoms: congestion, runny nose, sore throat, headache, fatigue, or muscle aches?
  4. Have you had a fever (a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher) within the last 48 hours
  5. Within the last 24 hours, have you had a new loss of taste or smell?
  6. Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?
