At 11 a.m. Saturday, November 16, the USN Habitat for Humanity Club will host its annual Home Run for Habitat at the River Campus.

The event will consist of a 5K walk, jog, or run: it is entirely up to you. We will provide food, music, and free T-shirts for those that register either online or in person. Prizes, which include gift cards to the USN Bookstore, the Cosmetic Market, DressUp Boutique, and Fox’s Donut Den, as well as tickets to a Nashville Predators game, provide even more motivation to attend.

All proceeds and donations will contribute to the USN home build this spring as well as directly to the Habitat for Humanity organization. The nonprofit helps to create stronger communities by providing affordable housing and financial advising, of which many Nashville residents are in great need. As a USN club, we contribute annually to this venerable nonprofit, both through donations and a home build in the spring.

We hope our event will help to bring the USN community together for a fun morning of exercise, friends, and food while benefiting a worthy cause.

Whether you’re planning to set a personal records or have a nice morning stroll around the course, we hope to see you and your dogs on Saturday, November 16.

Tickets can be purchased here and are:
$65 for a family of four and $10 for each additional person
$25 for adults
$15 for Middle & High School students
$10 for children 10 & under to participate in the 1.5-mile kids Fun Run
