Six University School of Nashville students traveled to Washington, D.C. on Friday, April 26 to compete in the National History Bowl. The team consisted of seniors, sophomores and a freshman, and working together they emerged from a grueling 10-round, all-day competition with a 5:5 record. In addition to intense competition with hundreds of students from all the states, the USN group visited the monuments on The Mall and the Smithsonian museums. Congratulations to Ethan Li ’21, Daniel Borza ’21, Evan Rork ’19, Basil Egli ’19, Charlie Lamb ’19, and Emily Wykoff ’22 on a fine showing.

For the third time, the junior has earned recognition for her C-SPAN StudentCam documentary. Elected officials and a representative from the network honored her during High School Assembly on Friday, May 2.
Congratulations to Max Parker ’29, Anisha Nachnani ’32, Indy O’Hare ’32, and Lucas Lupu ’31, who took home the top prize at the USN Quiz Bowl Championship.
