School Year Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Friday 7am-6pm
- Saturdays Closed
- High School Athletic Teams have use of the facility from 3:15pm-5:00pm on school days
- Hours are subject to change due to school events and weather

Available to rising 7th and 8th graders, all of high school, and facult/staff.
We’ll be using PLT4M again, so if you don’t already have an account setup, we will take care of it when you arrive.
We are offering two guided/structured sessions. The first session is at 10 am, and the second is at 2 pm. For those already familiar with PLT4M, we will be using The 3-Day Off-Season, Conditioning Training, and the Speed Traning programs. We will also use the Athlete On-Ramp as a refresher for the movements performed in the other programs.
Sessions are not mandatory for those who want to drop in and work out independently. Just remember to sign in.
