Staying Present & Looking Ahead: Thinking about College with an Abundance Mindset (Lower/Middle School Parent Education)

Gordon Wing - Gordon Multi-Purpose Room - 1145
For some USN families, college can be seen as the finish line—but what if it’s really just one part of a larger, joyful journey? Join the USN college counselors as they address an often hot topic (college!) in a slightly different way. USN families understandably spend a lot of mental energy thinking about college, including families of lower and middle school students. Should our lower and middle school families be thinking ahead to college? Come join us for an interactive evening where the college counseling office hosts an interactive session on what you, as K-8 families, should focus on before high school. Together, we’ll explore how an abundance mindset—rooted in purpose, happiness, and growth—can help families focus on what really matters during these formative years.
