Getting Started 3 Pathways to Apply

1. For First-time Applicant Families
  • Use this link to access the Online Application
  • You will create a username and password to begin the Application Process
*If you are applying for more than one child at a time, please follow these steps for additional children after taking the steps above:
  • Log in to the USN website with the account you created
  • Select your first applicant child’s name in the top left-hand corner
  • Click “Apply Another Child” from the Admissions Progress page
2. For Re-applying families

If you have applied to USN before, please call us at 615-327-3812 or email Natalie Baker (nbaker@usn.org) to re-activate your application status and re-enable your website account.

Once your accounts are re-activated, you will be able to log in and manage a new online application on your own.

3. For Current Families/Parents, Alumni, and Faculty/Staff
  • Log in to the USN website using your current username and password
  • Select Resources on the menu
  • Look for the “Apply Now” button to start the Online Application
