USN Hosts Nashville Emerging Writers Workshop

On Saturday, February 28, high school students from around the Nashville area will join us at USN for the Nashville Emerging Writers Workshop.
On Saturday, February 28, high school students from around the Nashville area will join us at USN for the Nashville Emerging Writers Workshop.
Co-Sponsored by USN, Hume-Fogg and The Porch Writers' Collective, the conference aims to bring students from around Nashville together for a day of writing, conversation, and readings.
Students will participate in two workshop sessions, from songwriting to screenwriting, fiction to poetry, food journalism to children's literature, radio journalism, creative nonfiction, and more. We're tremendously excited about the talented writers and teachers joining us to share their expertise. We'll also have a chance to hear poems and thoughts on writing from T.J. Jarrett, Nashville poet, our keynote speaker.
High School students from USN--and beyond--can register here. The $10 cost includes lunch. Please help us spread the word, and we hope you'll join us.
